The school : Rigas Klasiska gimnazija

• Rigas Klasiskas gimnazija (Riga Classical Gymnasium) is the name of the international school of Riga.
• It regroups the Primary school (=elementary school in the US), the secondary school (=middle/ junior high school in the US), and the upper secondary school (=high school in the US).
• So in the school, you can see students aged 7 to 19. The school year begins in September and finishes in May.
• Next to the school, there is a huge playground with a football and
  a basketball field, and around the field there is a big sprint/ running track.
• In the library we saw a lot of books written in different languages : Latvian, Russian, English and French.
